AmPuH
About
What this tool is, who runs it, and what it does with your data.
What this is
AmPuH is a technical SEO audit tool. You give it a public URL, it fetches that single page, inspects the delivered HTML, and returns a scored report covering technical SEO, content, accessibility, structured data, security headers and performance.
The audit itself runs entirely on this server. It needs no account, no Google connection and no credential of any kind. Everything described below about Google access is optional and adds a second opinion on top of an audit that already works without it.
Who operates it
This installation is operated by AmPuH Labs.
It is a self-hosted installation. The operator named above controls the server, the configuration and any stored reports, and is the only party with administrative access.
How Google data is used
When the operator connects a Google account, this tool requests only the permissions needed for the features actually in use. Each one is used for exactly one purpose and nothing else:
| Permission | Used for |
|---|---|
| Sign in and email address | Showing which account is connected, so the operator can confirm it is the right one |
| Read Cloud projects | Listing projects so one can be chosen to hold the API keys |
| Enable APIs | Turning on PageSpeed Insights and Safe Browsing on that project |
| Manage API keys | Creating and rotating the API keys this tool uses. Optional. |
| Search Console, read only | Listing verified properties and reading indexing data for them |
No Google data is sold, shared, or transferred to anyone. It is not used for advertising, not used to train any model, and not combined with data from other users. It is read, shown to the operator, and discarded.
What it deliberately does not do
- It does not write to your Google account. Every Google permission it uses for reporting is read only.
- It does not read your email, files, calendar or contacts, and never asks for those permissions.
- It does not run JavaScript on audited pages. It reads delivered HTML only.
- It does not send audited URLs to third parties, other than to Google when you explicitly run a Google-backed check.
